Hey Keke, I am gonna try for 2 1/2 miles today. We have a golf course here on the Army base where I live and it has a 2 1/2 mile track around it. Lots of hills and there is a pond. It is really guiet and nice. So I am gonna tackle it today and see I can make it all the way around. I think I can I think I can!! I let you know... Take care Mary

Thanks Keke! I needed that today. I am going to go down and work out on my eliptical machine today. No Excuses!!! I hate to admit it, but I haven't worked out in about 2 weeks! No wonder why I haven't lost anything siginificant in the past 2 weeks. Love and hugs! Kristine

Maybe I am baby ing myself but I have not done any exercise yet!!!! I am still sore and uncomfortable but I do alot around the house I go to the stores and walk around But have not been to the gym is anyone else in my shoes Nikki B

Today I did 1 hour water aerobics, 1 mile lap swim, fast 1/2 mile on treadmill, and 1 complete circuit of the nautilis machines with a personal trainer. He thinks I should do the complete circuit 2x/week instead of 1/2 4x/week. The PT gave me the choice. I know she said I didn't have walk on treadmill anymore because I'm up to a mile lap swim, but I figured a quick 1/2 mile couldn't hurt. Sheryl 292/254/1??
