breakfast-none
lunch-grilled chicken breast w/1 slice swiss cheese, few bites of salad
dinner-leftover charbroiled snapper from day before (just a couple bites), a little bit of meat from a italian beef sandwich, toppings off 1 slice pizza
snack-nectar protein w/water
today-
breakfast-1 scrambled egg, 1 very very well toasted bagel w/reduced fat cream cheese and lox
lunch-none
dinner-cheese stuffed tortellini w/a little marinara sauce.
My menu has been real screwy because until tonight I've had to eat out every meal (except Thanksgiving) because my mom is recovering from surgery. Now that I'm home, I'm getting back on track.
