UGH..I could have "lost" like this on a diet
I am stuck. It is so frustrating. I had this to lose weight not to bounce around within the same 2 pounds. Here are my last 9 weighins. Yes I weigh everyday and always have.
11/18-237.6
11/19- 238.4
11/20- 238.4
11/21- 238.8
11/22- 238.4
11/23- 237.8
11/24- 237.8
11/25- 237
11/26- 237.6
Does anyone see any sort of trend here?

Jenn, you are not alone, I have been stuck in the same pattern for about 2 weeks now. I think a lot of us have and from what I have read this is normal, so there's nothing we can do but be patient and "weight".
Wish I had better advice.
I'm trying hard to get in more water as I think that will help the scale move again?
