What did you eat today?????
Breakfast, protein shake with a tablespoon of peanut butter, mixed in i****er, water...over 100 oz. during the day...added a 25 grams of protnex (liquid} protein that you add to water...as I was walking for miles downtown in the garment district, needed a pick me up...snack...protein lemon sugar free pudding...dinner...won ton broth, with 1 shrimp and 1 wonton...could not finish all the broth.. one piece of white fish...and a couple of bites of egg foo young with crab...ate dinner at 3:45PM...so it was a late lunch??? dinner clam chowder...excersie...walked my ass off all over downtown...vitamins...yes...gallbladder meds...tooo....so not to shabby....
Hi twinnie...I am gulping the water with no problem...putting nothing in the water...sometimes a flavored water...but usually plain...I had a doctors appointment today and had to fast for blood work, so when I got home I needed a pick me up and added a dab of peanut butter...the clam chowder was fine....ate some yesteday for lunch and finished it today for dinner...the clams were so small that I chewed and chewed and then they went down all right...I even put hot sauce on the fish in chinatown today...it was baked not fried...my wife gave me a glare about the hot sauce...one little piece of fish...and hot sauce...no problem...but everyone is different...I have not had bread yet..trying to keep the carbo's down...how much are you eating...when you say chili...how much...I ate about 1/4 of a cup of chowder? my wife bought some fat free/ sugar free lemon pudding and added a scoop of plain UNJURY to it and it was a protein pudding...not bad at all...your food sounds good also...so you just do it...I am stuffed...are you? My day was weird so I ate a little this and a little that but I didn't go over 500 calories. I ate some ham ........a little gumbo..........and a few other things. My fluid intake has not been too good the past two days. I forgot to take my vitamins as well. I need to regroup and reorganize. I go back to work Monday so I know I will have to get it together. Hi Dennis. I use fitday.com and whatever I put in my mouth I put it down. If it's one shrimp it can give a calculation of the protein, fat, calories, etc... Thus far it has been working for me! Today I ate one starburst but the program allowed me to put in one starburst and it did the calculations. I know I can't eat more than a half or a fourth of a cup of some other things so I just put that in when calculating. I hope this makes sense.

breakfast-1 egg, 2 turkey sausage links, 1 slice well toasted rye bread w/a bit of butter
lunch-none (took a 4.5 hr nap since I was so tired from getting up at 4 am!)
dinner-(eaten really early around 4:30) Went out on a "date" w/my husband while my mom babysat. We went to Pappadeaux. I had 3 half shell oysters prepared different ways, charbroiled red snapper w/sauce that has shrimp, crawfish, spinich, mushrooms, cheese, and wine. Dirty rice. A bite of my husbands crawfish ettufee. I used a tiny seafood fork from the oysters and ate about 3 forkfulls of the rice and about 1/3 of my serving of snapper (I think around 3 oz-the size of deck of cards). Brought the rest home and told my dad he could have it for a snack. Someone NEEDS to fini**** It was $21 bucks!!!
snack-when we got home from dinner, had 1 more piece of baklava. Today it didn't sit well, so I laid down and fell asleep at 6:30 pm. Just woke up now (at 11:00). Think I'll try to read and get more water in.
water-I've been sipping all day, while I've been awake, but still shy of 64 oz. At 5am I had a decaf, nonfat, sugar free latte from Starbucks. About 50 oz liquids so far.
