Fitness Friday

After a day of thanks yesterday............I encourage you to get moving today. Whether it's shopping at the mall for all the sales or walking in the parking lot at the malls because you have to park so far away from the stores................I encourage you to move, move, move!! Hi Kiki I'm staying away from the stores, but I am planning on putting up Chrsitmas decorations, not to mention clean-up and taking down of the fall decorations. Does all that stretching count? ~Nonna

I'm staying away from the stores too. Yes you can count your household activities. That's what I'm counting today because I'm dusting, vacuuming, etc... We're moving and that's what counts.

We stayed away from the stores this morning but we may brave it this evening so I will get plenty of walking there but in case we don't I did go do my curves workout today and boy I worked it hard today. Marcey 255/230/150

Hey Keke! I finally decided to get my butt moving. 46 minutes on the treadmill. I was gonna cut it off at 45, but I was ssooo close to 2 miles! I forgot to put on deodorant this morning and now I stink..ewww! Jenn

Hey Keke I started shopping at 4:30am and I can say I think I walked a mile trying to find my sisters and moving thru the crowds. This afternoon I did a workout at curves. Right now I am ready for bed. Jane
