Thanksgiving accountability

Hey Deb, Your Dad is so wrong about you, but maybe he'll be pleasantly surprised when you prove him wrong. He ought to keep that stuff inside his head, no one needs to hear it. B: 1/2 of a 40 cal piece of toast with cream cheese and a half slice of swiss cheese. L/D: About an ounce of turkey with gravy on top. I made splenda yams for me and ate one little piece; 1 green bean, but I couldn't fini****; 1 teaspoon mashed potato; 1 bite of lettuce and 1 blueberry off the cheesecake. snack: 1/2 of a CarbWise protein bar, caramel coconut. Oh, and I fill up from my pills all the time. The vitamins really fill me up. If I take them, I can't eat. I think that happens to more of us than we ever thought. Happy Day After Thanksgiving! I'm writing from work. I'm the only one here!

WOW I feel like I ate so much more than the rest of you did. B: 3 oz. garlic parm tilapia L: 2/3 power crunch triple chocolate bar D: 3 oz. turkey, 1 T each mashed potatoes, noodles and green bean casserole and a 1X1 square of cranberry jelly S: 1.5 oz turkey salad (did not sit well and went to bed with a tummy ache), 1/2 a slice of cranberry jelly. 647 calories, 62 grams protein, 27 grams fat 20some grams carbs Jenn 264.8/237/1??

Breakfast: soft bolied egg (made me feel ill for an hour) Lunch: 1/2 bottle Isopure Dinner: 3 bites of turkey, yams, mashed potatoes. Then I have to admit...I was bad I had the tinesiest slice of pumpkin pie, and feel ill for hours after. *sigh* No more pie for me... ~Nonna

I was so happy today this is the first day since surgery I felt totally normal and Had no problems with anything I ate it was wonderful. B- 1 unjury chocolate protein smoothie L- a few small bites of turkey , tsp mashed potatoes , tsp GB , tsp dressing, tsp sweet potatoes and a deviled egg granted I only ate half of that but was totally satisfied. D - few bites of turkey , few bites of greens , tsp mac n cheese and a bite of bannana bread. I feel like I ate like a pig but the day of eating got the scale moving again so I was very pleased to say the least. Marcey 255/230/150
