Workout Wednesday (at your own PERSONAL pace)
Before I go any further let me state this in order to avoid conflicts. If you are not ready to exercise as much as others.............DON'T! If you can't exercise which can include walking, stretching, light lifting, cardio, swimming, etc... I just encourage you to move (walk outside your door, walk down the hallway of your home, etc...). Moving helps move the gas and it helps to get some of the stiffness out of your body. You do what's best for you.

SHOUT IT OUT!!
Yaay Keke, you go to it! Your reminder is very timely, because I have a few spare minutes. I'm going to go for a gentle pedal on my exercise bike. Just to give that bike a preview of what's to come in a few weeks, when I'm going to pedal so hard and fast, it'll zoom out of my bedroom, down the stairs, and out the door! WHHEEEEE!! (Picture me with my hair flying in the wind...)

You are so awesome for rembering to post this...I actually joined the YMCA today and went and walked about 2 miles....I just used the track since I don't want to get on the treadmill too soon..doc says it is OK, I am just a little cautious...
FYI...I got a sponsorship at the YMCA and it is only going to cost me $8.43 a month....WOOOHOOO...I am glad as it is much too cold here to walk outside and I am tired of clerks staring at me in Target...
