pasta??
Does anyone eat pasta dishes? I was just wondering. I was thinking about making a seafood fettucine/linguini (shrimp, crab meat, crawfish, and velvta light cheese) and I was wondering if anyone has eaten pasta (lasanga, ziti, spaghetti, etc...). I would appreciate any and all replies and suggestions!

pasta is listed on my soft foods diet and I actually tried it 7 days post-op. I have done fine with it so far. I may try your receipe idea it sounds good. Also i found that Lean Cuisine (maybe the brand not sure) has a 5 cheese lasagna and I picked one up and got 4 meals out of it for only $1.75. The fat and protein and everything sounded fine. It was just a cottage cheese mixture, red sauce and flat noodles but it was good with a little light velvetta melted on it.
