1 package sugar free instant butterscotch pudding 1 3/4 cup skim milk 8 oz fat free cream cheese 1 (15 oz) can solid pumpkin 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice 2 packets splenda Blend for 5 minutes. chill 2 hours. Appox. 8 (1/2 cup) servings per serving: 90 calories 8 gms protein

I love pumpkin pudding, I'm going to make this one! Maybe I'll do that instead of the pie! Thanks for all the recipes, I'm going to print them out when I get to work.
