Fat free cheesecake
Boil 2/3 cup water. Add 1 package any flavor sugar free jello. Cool 5 minutes. Place in blender. Add 8 oz fat free cottage cheese and 8 oz fat free cream cheese. Blend until smooth. Mix with 8 oz carton of fat free whipped topping.
This can be covered with 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, or poured into pan sprayed with PAM and had graham crackers sprinkled on the bottom. Chill
