Unjury Holiday Pumpkin pudding

1 package (1oz) butterscotch jello sugar free instant pudding 1 cup skim milk 2 scoops UNJURY unflavored 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1/8 tsp ginger Measure 1 cup cold skim milk (not 2 like package says) Add 2 scoops of Unjury. Mix by shaking or stirring. Put dry pudding mix into bowl. Add spices. Blend with fork. Pour in milk/unjury blend. Add 1/2 cup canned pumpkin. Stir until mixed. put into small container and put in fridge. Top with 1 tbsp ff cool whip 16 gms protein per 1/2 cup serving Enjoy! Sheryl
