smootie 1 1/2 cup diet v8 splash, berry flavored 1/2 cup NSA Ocean spray cranberry juice 2-3 frozen strawberries 2 ice cubes 1 scoop whey protein blend everything but protein powder in blender. Slowly add in protein powder. Blend until smooth. 1 serving 150 calories, 20 gms protein Smootie #2 1 scoop whey protein 1 cup of milk OR 8 ice cubes 1/2 small banana 4 whole frozen strawberries 1/2 packet splenda Blend until desired consistency. 1 serving with milk- 240 calories, 28 gms protein with ice- 150 calories, 20 gms protein Enjoy!
