Hey everyone!
I haven't had a lot of time to reply to post so I'm just going to give a shout out to everyone and say Hi and I hope everyone is doing well. I'm exercising more than ever, but I ruined it today by eating a double cheeseburger happy meal (no bun). It didn't make me sick at all and I wi**** did. If my DH (dear husband or damned husband...take your pick) keeps bringing home fattening food I'm going to kill him. I was doing so good until dinner, plus my workout this morning burned almost 1100 calories. Now I won't lose any weight today.
Anyway....I'm going to post some of the recipes I told you about that they gave us in the WLS support group. I hope you all enjoy them.
