Yeah chicken is a little hard for me too! I was told dark meat is easier but I've always loved wings and breasts. I usually have to put some type of sauce or something on it to help. Or if it's steak it has to be tender and medium well (and in the past I ONLY wanted WELL DONE****rtain types of pork are especially hard for me and like you I chew, chew, and chew some more and it still doesn't go down right! Seafood tends to do the best for me. I probably didn't help much but I did give you my two cents! Keke

I have been making alot of stews, like beef stew, chicken stew or chili. Although I am getting sick of all of the above. I made chicken with low fat gravy last night. My doc says it is ok to mix with fat free gravy or broths. I also think I am going to try the low fat cream of mushroom soup on the chicken, but I see you are already doing that. Susan

I usually eat the 1 carb/1 sugar Ketchup with my chicken, or bacon ranch dressing. Melissa Dr. Ejey (Duncan's Office) Lap RNY- 10/17/05 July, SW - 241.5/ Nov., CW - 208/My Goal - 150/Dr's Goal - 135 - 33 lbs gone forever, waist - 6 inches, neck-4 inches.

Sometimes I mix a little ground up meat with watery mashed potatoes or gravy and that goes down smooth! I had chicken for the first time this weekend, but it was sauteed and it was sooo good! Why don't you try a little gravy on it? I've seen chicken and turkey gravy at Wal-mart. I bet that would help!
