Exercise!!!!!!!!
Today I did a 1 hr water aerobics class, swam 1 mile, walked a little over a mile, and did 6 minutes on the bike at 20mph. I burned about 1100 calories.
Of course I ruined it all by eating a double cheeseburger happy meal (no bun). I only meant to eat a few fries and I ate most of them!!!! Instead of my 700-1000 calories for the day, according to fitday, I've had 1365! And over 1/2 of them are from fat!!!!!!! And the worst part of it is, I didn't get sick. Not even one little bit of naseua, not even a little heartburn. I'm sooo screwed.
The next time my husband brings me home fattening food I'm gonna kill him. I was doing sooo awesome right up to dinner.

Forgive and move on. Man you were really working out! That's great! Don't work about the happy meal. Think about how much you were able to eat before compared to what you can do now. Consider it your "indulgence" for the week! Just try to avoid having any more (with the exception of Thanksgiving). But at least you're working out alot to counter act what you ate. It will be ok. Remember we're in this together!
