I KNOW I KNOW I joined curves. Had to do something. Walking was fine but I have loose skin that is slapping with the rythem of my walking. Gotta do something else. Jane

I walked two miles with my son. Of course before we got started good he decided he didn't want to walk and jumped in the stroller. Needless to say I had a lot of resistance when we were walking up some hills! But it made me sweat and wore me out! Have a great night!!! Keke

Can I count yesterday instead? I went to the gym for 45 minute, but tonight I have to skip because the kids are with me and my gym doesn't have day care. Normally I would leave them with their Dad, but he had to stay overnight in the hospital for a procedure. We just came back from visiting him.

Today I did a 1 hr water aerobics class, swam 1 mile, walked a little over a mile, and did 6 minutes on the bike at 20mph. I burned about 1100 calories. Of course I ruined it all by eating a double cheeseburger happy meal (no bun). I only meant to eat a few fries and I ate most of them!!!! Instead of my 700-1000 calories for the day, according to fitday, I've had 1365! And over 1/2 of them are from fat!!!!!!! And the worst part of it is, I didn't get sick. Not even one little bit of naseua, not even a little heartburn. I'm sooo screwed. The next time my husband brings me home fattening food I'm gonna kill him. I was doing sooo awesome right up to dinner. Sheryl 292/258.5/1?? 33.5 lbs down!

Sheryl, Forgive and move on. Man you were really working out! That's great! Don't work about the happy meal. Think about how much you were able to eat before compared to what you can do now. Consider it your "indulgence" for the week! Just try to avoid having any more (with the exception of Thanksgiving). But at least you're working out alot to counter act what you ate. It will be ok. Remember we're in this together! Keke

Hi Keke! Today for the 1st time I did 30 mins on the epilipticals..I could only do 10 mins but today I did 30 mins and also 30 mins on the treadmill..1 hour..! I'm so excited!
