Hello everybody! What have you been eating??
Brkfast: 2 tbs of cottage cheese
Snack: protein delite with yogurt
Lunch: Sea Bass filet with brocoli
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: 2 thin slices of turkey deli meat and a Mini Babybel Light round cheese..(the cow ones)
Snack: nothing
Water? not to much...30 oz
Vitamins? yes and hate them!!!!!!!
Exercise? Nope..been to busy
Howdy-
Brkfast: 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
Snack: 1/3 stalone pudding with 1 scoop calcium powder
Lunch: 2 oz. corned beef, 1/2 cup fried cabbage & onions (1 T olive oil to 1/2 head of cabbage and 1 sm onion)
Snack: 1/3 stalone pudding with 1 scoop calcium powder
Dinner: 1/2 cup mac & cheese, 2 oz canned chicken
Snack: 1/3 stalone pudding with 1 scoop calcium powder
Total protein: 65.75 gms for day
Water: ALWAYS!!! 70 oz
Vitamins: ALWAYS!!! I take a chewable prenatal and 1500 gm calcuim and 500 mcg B-12 every other day
Exercise: ALWAYS!!! 30 mins on treadmill at 2.5 mph with 1# weights

Geez!
I must be starving myself.....
For breakfast I rarely eat anything, jus****er {I drink water constantly}
For morning snack, nothing
For lunch low fat yogurt or jello, soup, water, water, water, or a low caloric juice
For afternoon snack, nothing
For dinner usually yogurt or jello, or soup, I tried chicken and we didnt get along too well, I have tried tuna, that was pretty tolerable, water of course, or a low caloric drink
Vitamins, yes yuck!
Exercise, walking is all I can handle right now
I dont have much of an appetite, but I know I have to eat, so I force myself, one thing I did do yesterday is eat two pieces of whitting fi**** took me about 2 hrs. to eat it but I ate it....

I wish my eating habits were as organized as yours are!!
Breakfast: 1 oz Apple sauce no sugar added/ 6oz Hot Decaf Tea
Snack: 1 oz Fat Free Chili
Lunch: 2 oz Fat Free Chili
Snack: Nothing
Diner: Don't know yet...lol
Vitamins: Yes
Water: About 13 oz so far ( I have problems getting drink down )
Exercise: One mile walk
I've been so bad today...
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: One slice of low fat cheese
Lunch: Chicken (which I completely dumped for being a foolish girl and eating too fast)
Dinner: A small cup of broccoli cheese soup (which was sooo soothing and puking so much at lunch)
I'm going to need to get in more protein today, so I will proabably have tuna in a little while.
Not doing good with water still.... maybe 30-40 oz a day. I try, but it fills me up so much!
The vitamins and the exercise I've been good with though...
