Suggestions needed
I am 4 weeks out and lost 30 pounds. I need suggestions to get over this plateau. I have been here for 10-12 days and I am getting very discouraged. I eat potato soup everyday..maybe the carbs. Its been so cold, and i havent been walking but the doc doesnt want me to exercise till after the 30th. Please
I know this is going to sound silly, but are you getting enough water? I know I'm not and I've also been stuck, but not getting enough water can contribute to that. I understand your frustration. I feel it too, but it WILL come off. This is normal what we're going through.
Do you like chili? Maybe you can have that instead of potato soup to warm up? Or how about throwing some tasteless protein powder or cheese into the soup?
Hang in there hon, I know some days it feels like that damn scale isn't moving fast enough.
But it will happen for us!
