I got this from splenda.com... I figured I might be able to indulge in a bit of this on Thanksgiving! (I'll skip the crust when I have my bite!)
Speaking of crust, does anyone know of a low fat or sugar free crust that's ready made?

I was on www.splenda.com this morning. I think i am going to try to make the cheesecake. My family lovesssss cheesecake. I too will not eat the crust but i can take a spoon or two from the top. We dont really care for pumpkin pie so hopefully this will go over good. I am also doing the big cooking, this is a test for me. I am making turkey, stuffing, mashed potatos, corn, Lasagna, bisquits, sweet potatos and who knows what else lol....Should be interesting. I hope you have a very Happy Thanksgiving. I was thinking about going to the parade but it looks like its going to be cold, i live only a few blocks away but i dont like going when its cold. I went last year and it was like 60 degrees it was beautiful.
