I haven't had the crazy emotions yet but I'm sure they will come back once I return to work with my students. I will say I don't have as much patience with my 3 year old. I think the emotional thing was passed on to him instead. His tantrums are driving me nuts but I know this too shall pass. Congrats on the water! Keep up the good work......... Keke

Thanx Keke... The whole protein/water thing is a hard thing to juggle...I succeed some days and others like yesterday I went to walk and then felt sick in the middle of it and finished but wanted to go to bed rite away when I got home...so I missed water and a little bit of protein...I sure hope my body forgives me cause I felt too sick to stay up to just injest more stuff.... How are you doing on the exercise thing? Jenn

Hey Jenn, How are you? The exercise thing is going pretty good for me right now. Hopefully I can keep it up when I return to work on the 28th. I'm sorry about you feeling sick. I haven't been able to get my water in the past few days either. I encourage you to do what you can and then rest. Don't overdo it! Take care and be encouraged. This too shall pass! Keke

Good for you! I have been out to eat twice since surgery. My husband runs the restaraunt(Cracker Barrel) where we went, so I have some control over the food. The first time I got chicken noodle soup and just drank the broth. I also had 2T of cottage cheese. The second time was just this week and I had grilled chicken tenderloins and green beans. We are going out tonight and I think it will be Don Pablos. I will order refried beans with cheese and maybe a little sour cream. I might snitch a piece of chicken from the hubby's plate of fajitas. Wish me luck on the chips and salsa! The first two weeks, I could barely stand to be in the same room as my children. I have 7 and they are homeschooled. Their noise level still gets to me at times, but I am tolerating it better day by day. Hang in there. Jenn 264.8/238.4/1??

Jenn.. I have also thought of Cracker Barrel as an option...I might try it another time. Good luck at Don Pablo's..sounds yummy!!! I had also thought of that but since I can only eat a little bit I might try a lunch fajita so I don't have a lot of waste...it would still take me a long time to eat it all... I have a problem with loud noise/voices too...I hope it gets better for you with the kiddos....7 kids huh? You go super momma!!! Hope you are having a great weekend. Jenn

I went to a baby shower at olive garden this week. I just ordered a bowl of minestrone. Oh my go**** was good. I ended up eating the entire bowl over the 2 hours we were there. I was beating myself up about it until I looked on their website and the entire bowl was around 160 calories. WHEW! I thought I had blew it. Hugs, Dawn

Dawn... Minestrone sounds great...my friend made some for me that is still in his freezer...I need to go get it... I have a question...which is something I am struggling to figure out...I only eat about 2 sometimes 3......2 oz meals a day...mostly 2...when you eat soup and it is one of your meals how do you manage to get in all of your protein? I would love to eat more soup...but just feel it is a waste rite now. Hope you are a having a great Sunday!!! Jenn

Hi Jenn, The night I had minestrone, I already had most of my protien in. I am supposed to eat 5 small meals a day so it's not a problem. Hugs, Dawn
