Nausea anyone?
Hey there Jenn,
Sorry to hear about the nausea. I, too, will get real sicky and burbly if I eat a hot breakfast. I can eat cottage cheese and fruit or cold hard boiled eggs and feel fine but poached eggs or re-heated leftovers hurt me big time.
Have you changed your diet or workout time or done something different?
