I am in such a great mood today. I went to the Dr for my 3 week check and have been turned loose. I can eat normal food granted it will be trial and error of what I can handle but real food yeah. I can pick up my sweet Willow now ( my 29 pound 2 year old) she was happy to get to love on mommy again, and was released to go back to curves. So today I went to curves and did my weight and measurements and I have lost 21 pounds and 12 inches so I am excited. Marcey 255/234/150

Congrats on your weight loss so far. It is a wonderful feeling to be able to give hugs and be able to pick up your little one. I wasnt able to pick up my 2 year old until I was 6 weeks. That was the hardest thing. Anyway, keep up the great work. Also, isnt Curves the best. I love going there. Kelli

Yay! I'm happy for you. It has been a month since my revision/hernia repair and the Doc wants me to wait to pick up my babies. I have a special needs 5 year old that doesn't walk...32lbs, a 2 year old and a 20 month old. Pics on my profile. It is making me nuts not to pick them up and someone has to stay with me. UGH! Hugs, Dawn

congrats on being "turned loose" and your weight loss. I was allowed to exercise right away, but I can't life more than 15 lbs for 2 more weeks. I have an almost 4 yr old who weighs 51 lbs, who wants me to carry him everywhere. So far he's been pretty good about not climbing all over my tummy. Today when I told him I had to go to the doctor (saw the nut) for my tummy he asked if I needed another operation. He's so precious. I can't wait to give him a huge hug and pick him up. Sheryl

Congrats to you. I think that's great. I can't eat normal food yet as I'm on post-op diet for another 2 weeks, by then i'll be 6 weeks post-op. I got the ok 2 weeks ago to go back to Curves. I've been going about 3-4x's a week. I'm the biggest loser at my Curves. Inches and pound wise. I'm so glad that you are doing awesome. Keep up the great job. Enjoy your 2yr old. Lisa J
