Yesterday food intake...feel free to critique
Deb- Can you come over and cook for me? ha ha It sounds like you are on a good schedule. I know I am not getting enough protein each day- I don't always have my extra protein shakes in between meals. I never thought of the Carnation Instant Breakfast- and those are way cheaper than the protein powder from GNC. I'm going to try your spaghetti recipe-it sounds delicious!
For some reason, there are some things I just can't keep down! Some things just hit my stomach like a rock. Hopefully the spaghetti will work for me- also, have you tried the frozen pre-cooked meatballs? They are the perfect size, and an easy way to add some protein to a meal.
