Sheryl, You lucky dog! I was just about to post a pathetic sob story about how I want a salad SO BAD! I can have it at 8 weeks out and am only 6 weeks out right now. Okay, so let me live through you. What kind of salad, what kind of dressing, I need details. Sorry, I'm starting to sound like a psycho. Hehe! Hi Sheryl, thanks! I chop up the crap (or shrimp) and I mix it with a little low fat mayo and eat it like that. When that gets dull, I put it on a couple (2 or 3) wheat thins or a small piece of toasted multigrain bread. (I used Arnold's carb counting multigrain bread.) Vi
