exercise anyone???
I have been on the ball with the exercising lately. I have been taking B12/B50. B50 is the bomb!! It makes you feel like a new person. Try it. Trust me it worked, every since about 3 weeks out, I have been up and walking around getting my walk on. At first I used to get short of breath and I would get dry mouth. But now, I am doing it with no problem!
Now if I could just get my protein intake under control, I might be alright.

What is B50? And where can I get some. I had my B12 for the month and that gave me more energy. I'm walking around and moving but not like doing two or three miles a day walking or taking an aerobics class. I think I'm going to sign up for tai chi! Who knows. My protein is ok. Thanks for the input!!

I'm still seem to be the exercise fiend around here. I'm going 4x/week and doing 1 mile min on the treadmill, 10-15 on stat bike, 1 hour water aerobics class, and swim laps (front crawl) for 1/2 mile. Tomorrow I won't be able to go to water aerobics class, so I might try for 3/4 or 1 mile in the pool.
I'm not allowed to take b12 until 1 month out which is tomorrow. I get all my protein so don't really have a problem with energy.
