exercise anyone???

I have been on the ball with the exercising lately. I have been taking B12/B50. B50 is the bomb!! It makes you feel like a new person. Try it. Trust me it worked, every since about 3 weeks out, I have been up and walking around getting my walk on. At first I used to get short of breath and I would get dry mouth. But now, I am doing it with no problem! Now if I could just get my protein intake under control, I might be alright. Janna aka Lady

What is B50? And where can I get some. I had my B12 for the month and that gave me more energy. I'm walking around and moving but not like doing two or three miles a day walking or taking an aerobics class. I think I'm going to sign up for tai chi! Who knows. My protein is ok. I'm still seem to be the exercise fiend around here. I'm going 4x/week and doing 1 mile min on the treadmill, 10-15 on stat bike, 1 hour water aerobics class, and swim laps (front crawl) for 1/2 mile. Tomorrow I won't be able to go to water aerobics class, so I might try for 3/4 or 1 mile in the pool. I'm not allowed to take b12 until 1 month out which is tomorrow. I get all my protein so don't really have a problem with energy. Sheryl
