Hello my fellow Octoberans!! Has anyone been doing their exercises? I've been bad . I did two days last week and had good intentions this week. I need some motivation. Any suggestions? Have a good evening and talk to you later. Keke

I know the feeling. But Deb we have to do it! Are you getting your protein in? What about your vitamins? Sometimes I forget to take mine but I'm trying? Do you take a B12 shot? I hope you regain your energy! Take care of yourself!!!

Well, some days I'm better than others. Haven't been feeling very perky lately, poor intake and feeling icky. However, I do have a neat alternative to the big exercise and going to the gym thing......it's called Walk Away the Pounds, takes 20 minutes for the basic routine. You don't even have to be awake (almost) to do it. I keep mine in the DVD player and just turn it on. Good luck. Cyndi

I have the Walk Away the Pounds tape and I like it!! I have Yoga DVD too but I'm not sure I'm ready for that yet. I just know I need to get moving more than what I am.

Keke, I've been doing my Curves for the last 2 weeks, although tonight I'm not going, I started a new job and i'm exhausted. I'll be back there tomorrow. I'm doing the 3x's a week that is required by them. I've been a member of Curves since 3-05. You get a great workout in 1/2 hr. I'm trying to get in more walking as well. I think I need a bit of motivation as well. Remember the more exercise that we do, the faster the lbs come off. Lisa J

I'm happy now I have been released to go back to curves today so I will start back doing curves tomorrow up till now all I have been doing is walking. Marcey 255/234/150

I meet a friend at the gym, it keeps me motivated... or I go during my favorite show so I can look forward to that quiet time with no interruptions from the kids or the phone! I have to force myself to go, some times...

I bought a new treadmill last week and used it 2 days before I got hit with a killer cold that turned into bronchitis. I am feeling better now so need to get back with it. Hugs, Dawn
