exercise anyone???
Well, some days I'm better than others. Haven't been feeling very perky lately, poor intake and feeling icky.
However, I do have a neat alternative to the big exercise and going to the gym thing......it's called Walk Away the Pounds, takes 20 minutes for the basic routine. You don't even have to be awake (almost) to do it. I keep mine in the DVD player and just turn it on.

I've been doing my Curves for the last 2 weeks, although tonight I'm not going, I started a new job and i'm exhausted. I'll be back there tomorrow. I'm doing the 3x's a week that is required by them. I've been a member of Curves since 3-05. You get a great workout in 1/2 hr. I'm trying to get in more walking as well.
I think I need a bit of motivation as well. Remember the more exercise that we do, the faster the lbs come off.
