Dinner creation..stayed down well

I made the following Barilla wheat angel hair pasta no sugar added ragu frozen spinach I cut the pasta into tiny bits and it was wonderful. Stayed down good in the pouch too

Sounds delicious. I bought some low carb elbow macaroni and I'm dying to make mac and cheese (something I never craved before).

VI- Get some Barilla wheat elbow macaronis and then velveeta light cheese and make your own. I would prolly add some ham or something to up the protein.

I dont measure..I just put in the baby food bowl what looks like would fit in an egg.

Thanks I will try that maybe next week or so, it really sounds like a great solution to carb cravings. I have been dumping on the weirdest things this week though; almost scared to try anything new for a while (I absolutely HATE that nauseous feeling). Thanks ~Nonna
