Some Minimal Problems.....
Right now things are starting to suck. I can't get protein powder down. I can't get NSA CIB down because of milk. I can barely get any protein in if any. I AM NEVER HUNGRY!!! I am so dehydrated that the skin on my lips is peeling.
They say not to drin****il 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours after eating. But to get 64 oz in a day. I can't even get 16 oz in a day. So how can I eat and get 64 oz down.
I can barely drink because it fills me up so fast.
Can ANYONE HELP ME????
