Someone posted a message to me saying that Propel is sweetened with sucralose (splenda). While this is indeed true, the second ingredient on the list is sucrose syrup, which is sugar. It is also sweetened with acesulfame potassium. Just a heads up for those avoiding sugar. Here are the ingredients. WATER, SUCROSE SYRUP, CITRIC ACID, NATURAL FLAVORS, SODIUM CITRATE, POTASSIUM CITRATE, SUCRALOSE, VITAMIN C (ASCORBIC ACID), VITAMIN E ACETATE, NIACINAMIDE (VITAMIN B3), CALCIUM DISODIUM EDTA (PROTECTS FRESHNESS), CALCIUM PANTOTHENATE (VITAMIN B5), PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE (VITAMIN B6), ACESULFAME POTASSIUM, VITAMIN B12. Specifically, per serving, it has 3g of carbs, 2 of which are sugar.

That is why I limit myself to 1 bottle (2servings) a day. The rest of the time I drink plain, old H20. Hugs, Dawn
