Brkfast-2oz egg beaters 2 oz cottage cheese snack protein shake 1/2 made with unjury lunch-protein shake the other half snack 1 piece string cheese dinner maybe 2 oz of chili vitamins yes 3 flinstones water-48 oz the most Ive done yet Exercise- went shopping Mood- Blah Blah, Not sleeping well still. Can't sleep on my side yet

Breakfast- none lunch- 2 oz pink salmon chunks mixed with ff mayo, 3 saltines dinner- 4 oz chili and 3 saltines vitamins- 2 chewable Water- only 20 oz so far! Plus 8 oz soy nog w/1 scoop unjury. I will drink and Isopure before bed, plus try for another 20 oz besides. I'm up real late so shouldnt be a problem. Exercise- 45 minutes water aerobics (class started 15 min late), 39 laps in pool which equals 1/2 mile!!!! 30 minutes on treadmill (1.25 miles) mood-still sore all over and hoping I don't dump from my soy nog (which I just drank) because I had 2 servings (1 serving is 1/2 cup) and it has more sugar than regular soy milk. totals for day (including Isopure I haven't yet drunk) are 694 calories, 9 gms fat, 60 gms carbs, 90 gms protein. 420 calories of that total are from protein drinks. I didn't really want much food today. (that's a first) Sheryl

6:30 am B12 sublingual 8:30 am Carnation instant breakfast drink 8 ounces 10 am calcium nitrate 11am finished 14 ounces water 12 pm couldnt eat cuz I was still full from that dam deviled egg 1pm Multivitamin 4 ounces of apple juice 2 pm sugar free popsicle 2:30 IRON 3-5 pm gatorade and water 14 ounces stop drinking 30 min before 5:30pm 3 TBS of cream potato soup with tofu and thin roast beef pieces dont drink til 30 minutes after 7:00pm - 10 14 ounces of fluid 8:00pm - Calcium Nitrate 9pm SF popsicle 10 bedtime 10 ounces short of fluid. Vitamins..of course Mood Decent...period is coming Exercise...only laundry and walking around the house.

Brkfast- Stallone chocolate pudding Snack- 1 oz of pretzels Lunch- almost 4 oz of chili Snack- haven't had it yet, but I am going to try a protein bar today Dinner- not sure yet Vitamins-- 1 of 2 centrum chewables so far and my antibiotic Water--- 35oz so far Exercise-- 30 minutes/5 miles at 7 resistance on exercise bike Mood--- really good mood today!

Meal 1: 8 oz skim milk Meal 2: 8 oz skim milk, 3 oz carb freedom yogurt Meal 3: 8 oz skim milk, slice of 2% american cheese That gives me 35 grams of protein. I need 45-50. I will probably have for meal #4 more milk and either more yogurt or cottage cheese. Last night I baked a mixture of cottage cheese, ragu sauce and romano cheese. It was soooo good! Vitamins: one down, one to remember water: 26 oz. I need atleast 6 ore oz. exercise: none, going to the mall does that count? Mood: normal mood, freezing cold Jenn 264.8/244/140??

Jenn, Your mixture of cottage cheese and ragu sounds good. I have a recipe similiar only you add spinach for more protein.

Well let's see Breakfast protien shake Lunch one soy chicken nugget..........it was good but really filled me up and I couldn't eat any more. Dinner about 3oz of fish chowder a couple of steamed green beans and two saltines. my vitimins 32 oz of water mood fair exercise 0 but I did join the gym.

Brkfast- Coffe with 1 scoop of Chocolate Protein powder mixed in. Snack- water Lunch- 1/2 can of tomato soup, 5 low fat little cheese crackers (Cheesits (?) Snack-Sugar free jello 1/2 cup with FF Coolwhip Dinner- 1/2 can tomato soup, 2 oz. cottage cheese, 5 little low fat cheese crackers. (Like the poster above, I'm not suppose to eat carbs either, but these little crackers sit well with me and fill me up.) Vitamins-- Multivit, Iron, Calcium Citrate (All chewable). Water--- 40 oz. Exercise-- Walked about 20 minutes. Mood--- MUCH better than yesterday, only slight nausea.
