What did you eat today???
Brkfast- 3 oz. Chinese Turnip Cake
Snack-3 oz. Orange Sherbert Yogurt
Lunch-4 oz. Sirloin burger soup
Snack-1 paper-thin slice of roast beef with light swiss cheese wedge
Dinner - Don't know yet!
Vitamins--Chewed nasty supplement
Water--- working on 20 ounces, hope to get in at least another 16 by bedtime!
Exercise-- -0-
Mood--- happy and a little tired
I am doing really bad with this, especially today. Tomorrow, I am going to really try harder! I am just so tired of being sick at my stomach, and being so so weak and tired. So here is exactly what I ate today...
Brkfast- vegetable beef soup, all the broth, picked out the beef and the green beans, and ate those too
Snack- Fruit popsicle, NSA
Lunch-3 oz chocolate SF Pudding
Snack-
Dinner- 1 WHOLE grilled cheese sandwich, I totally suck.. i know... but I have to admit, I have felt very good since I ate it.. it didn't make me sick. But my NUT says no carbs until 6 months. I wish I knew what makes me give in to these things and sabatoge myself. I think I am going to find a psych that can help me thru this and help me deal.... but that will have to wait until monday.
Vitamins-- yes
Water--- barely 24 oz
Exercise-- HA! I can barely get out of bed to take care of my kids!
Mood--- Pissed off

Theresa ...I'm sorry to hear you're going through a hard time.
We will all eat something we shouldn't sooner or later, so just relax, and tomorrow will be another day, the good thing is, it didn't make you dump..! Try to drink more water or the protein shakes, those make me feel full even though I hate them..

Girl if I could eat even HALF a grilled cheese I would be excited! You know, that's not such a bad thing to eat. Use multigrain toast and try to have only half maybe? Don't be so hard on yourself and maybe find another NUT... NOT ALL CARBS ARE NOT BAD!! I don't care what they say. Your brain needs CARBS to function which is probably why your moods are so bad (been there, done that). If you could have stuck to an ALL PROTEIN diet you wouldn't have needed surgery right?

TAKE IT EASY ON YOURSELF, MS THERESA!!!!! WE WILL ALLLLLLLL HAVE THOSE DAYS ... IT'S A GAME OF BALANCE & ALL OF US ARE "OFF BALANCE" BECAUSE THIS IS SO RADICAL A CHANGE & WE'RE ALL NEWBIES ... WE HAVE A LIFETIME OF GETTING THIS RIGHT, SO PUT YOUR FEET UP & TAKE A BREAK ... THEN, START FRESH TOMORROW! STAY IN THE GAME FOR THE LONG HAUL!!!!!!!! don't feel bad i had a grilled cheese sandwich since my surgery..i could only eat the whole thing if it had diet bread with fat free cheese and mazola non stick butter spray...i tried to eat a grilled chees from sonic but it made me sick...they didn't do light butter...however, i am down 43 lbs and 5 weeks into my surgery...it is still hard for me to drink much but i can drink strawberry lemonade sf koolaid and tea which helps to get more liquid..good luck. cheryl
