drinking????
I drink decaf iced tea, sugar free kool-aid, hot tea (lemon or peppermint), and ice water, and that is about it.
I don't do anything/go anywhere without something to drink with me, except of course the time before and after I eat. My surgeon literally told me he better never see me without a bottle of water
Also, remember sugar free popsicles, sugar free jello, and broth with soup counts as liquids as well...
I'm constantly drinking either Dasani Lemon or Propel (peach is the only one I like)... I'm getting a little tired of then now, though, so I have a juicy juice box once a day sometimes and I just got some other juices to try... I would love to have good ice water, but I think our water here tastes like the ocean, so I cant stomach it. It probably doesnt, but nothing tastes the same lately... I got the same lecture about always having a water bottle!!!

Okay I'm not that far off............I'm drinking koolaide, but I do add splenda. Today I discover diet snapple pink lemonade and i loved it. i'll have to see if i can manage the hot tea. i have never been a tea person so maybe i'm one now that i've had surgery. i live on sugar free pops and I do drink broth every now and again. I just wanted to get a feeling for what you guys were doing..............Thanks and keep up the good work.
I'm with you! I used to drink 128 oz a day and now I can barely get in 20 oz. I drink sugar free tang, Diet snapple Cranberry Raspberry with LOTS of ice (it seems sweet to me straight), water as much as possible, and different teas (hot) when I can stand them.
We'll lick the water problem!
Off to shower!
