Salmon/Cream Cheese Spread - For VI and all
(makes around 2 cups or 8 1/4 cup servings)
8 ounces non fat cream cheese
1 TBS lemon juice
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Pepper
15-1/2 ounce can salmon (water packed)
Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and pepper. Fold in salmon so that it is well blended but still chunky.
