I went back to the gym on Monday and have been doing 30 mins on the treadmill daily, but today I got my period and these cramps are seriously KICKING MY BUTT, so I'm putting today on HOLD. To be continued tomorrow....
I love the gym and working out though and I can't wait to get back to my normal routine. I used to spend at least an hour there everyday (probably the only reason why I maintained my previous weight loss).

I joined Curves in March, 2005. I got the ok to go back as of last week. I'll go 3x's this week and do some walking outside of my condo. I'm aiming for 1 time more each day that I can walk around the condo. Today I walked 2 times, tomorrow will be 3, unless a sexy, gorgeous man comes into the complex and I can't walk anymore. I'll be focusing all my energy toward the hunk. Forget walking. Don't tell my husband-
So that's what I do for exercise or try to do. Sometimes I get lazy, but I know I have to do exercise.

YOU ARE DOING BETTER THAN I AM ON WALKING, MS DEB. NICK & I WALKED IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD & I WAS IN SEVERE P-A-I-N WHEN WE RETURNED ... JOINTS WERE SCREAMING, SO I'M GOING TO NON WEIGHT-BEARING & USING OUR RECLINE BIKE. NO JOINT STRESS.
