I've been struggling to get these protein drinks inside; I found a recipe that I think is delicious! In fact it's so good, my daughter requested one for a snack this morning. Reese's Protein Shake ---------------------- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 1/2 c milk 1/2 c milk, frozen into cubes 1 tbs smooth peanut butter 1/2 to 1 packet sweetener Blend until smooth.

Sounds great! I wonder if you can make that with water or soymilk instead of milk? I tried making a protein shake with 4 oz. of 1 % milk yesterday and it made me nauseous. ~Nonna

YEP! You can use soy milk, I used to make them that way, and it's still yummy. I like 8th Continent Soy Milk, it doesn't have a funky taste like some of the others!

It's delicious! I sometimes make them with "almond butter" too... I buy almond butter (fresh made) at my local natural food store!
