Hello all Has any had the lad band. I am now threeweeks out. I need some food ideas. I know i can have meat now. I need some suggestions to make it creative now. Also for some reason my weight has now moved down much. I don't eat much i really don't understand..

NOW, I'M WAY OUT OF MY LEAGUE HERE BECAUSE I HAD A RNY, BUT BOTH PROCEDURES SHOULD PRODUCE THE SAME RESULTS ... &, SHOULD WORK SOMEWHAT THE SAME ... RIGHT? SO, IF YOU'VE LOST WEIGHT IN THE BEGINNING WEEKS, IT'S PROBABLY WHAT ONE LADY CALLED "LOSE & SHRINK". YOU LOSE WEIGHT, THEN YOUR BODY HAS TO CATCH UP, SO IT LOSES INCHES BUT NOT WEIGHT ... THEN, IT BEGINS TO LOSE WEIGHT AGAIN & ON GOES THE CYCLE. CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS OR SMALLER CLOTHES, MS BUTTERFLY. I'M KITCHEN-CHALLENGED SO THE COOKING SUGGESTIONS WILL HAVE TO COME FROM SOMEONE WITH TALENT IN THAT AREA! GOD BLESS YOU DAWN & NICK
