Hi Deb! can't wait to see your pics... I've never eaten tofu, except in miso soup...how do you buy it and cook it?

I bought the extra firm tofu in the fridge dept by the cheese and I add it to everything for a couple reasons. Lots of protein and also is sposed to help with elasticity. Whats weird is it takes on the taste of whatever your cooking it in.

I LOVE IT WHEN I CAN SEE A PICTURE OF WHO I'M TALKING TO. NICE TO MEET YOU, MS DEB. I HAD TO ACTUALLY MAKE A SPREADSHEET TO KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING BECAUSE I WAS ALWAYS FORGETTING SOMETHING ... A MED, OR HOW MUCH FLUID I DRANK, OR WHATEVER. I LIKE THE WAY YOU GROUP YOUR SUPPLEMENTS WITH YOUR MEALS. A GREAT BIG CONGRATULATION ON THE AMAZING WEIGHT LOSS ... MAY YOU CONTINUE TO BE A "LOSER"! GOD BLESS YOU DAWN & NICK
