What did you eat today??????
brkfast-carnation instant breakfast 1 scoop of unjury4 oz
snack-the rest of my breakfast protein shake
lunch 2 slices of cheese and piece of turkey
snack- 4oz yogurt
dinner-rosted turkey maybe 2 oz 3 greenbeans 2 bites of mashpotatos
bites are with a baby spoon.
vitamins-2flinstones 1 to go
water only 30oz so far
exercise-yes did 1 mile on walk a way the pounds
mood--really sluggish
slept in my bed last night for the first time since surgery. yea
Brkfast- 2 oz protein shake, 1 oz cheese
Snack- none yet...
Lunch- 3 oz chili
Dinner- 3 oz chili
Vitamins-- Yes
Water--- About 24 oz so far
Exercise-- 20 mins on treadmill, 5 on elliptical (wasn't feel good on it )
Mood--- OK, been PMSing so I'm a BIT cranky, but my energy is OK
Haven't been eating as well as I normally do today, not sure why except that I just haven't felt like it?
Here is my day:
Breakfast: Designer Whey Protein in Milk...yumm...chocolate...and very good!!!
Lunch: 2 oz of cottage cheese
Dinner: 2 oz of cottage cheese...love, love love the stuff!!!!
Snack: another whey protein with milk...this fulfills all my protein!!!
Vitamins: Yes
Water: 72 oz
Exercise: 35 minutes walking outside
Mood: in a lot of pain today in my stomach, going to see surgeon tomorrow....
Well, maybe I will try something new tomorrow..

Hi Violet!! I love Chili!!! can't wait to have some...
I have a recipe on how to make Wendy's Chili which is my favorite... I've made it several times...but I put everything in the slowcooker without any water I leave it there for 3 hrs in low and it come's out really good...I also use half of the ingredients....and sometimes I make it with turkey and it tastes exactly the same....it's a really good site called "Top Secret Recipes" here's the link... hope you like it...

I have to admit that this is probably my worst day of eating and drinking. I will fess up :blush:...
Brkfast- EAS Advantedge Protein Shake
Snack-none Crystal Light Raspberry Lemonade
Lunch- Pureed chili with cheddar cheese
Snack-applesauce
Dinner- Pureed Cheesy Broccoli soup from Schwann's with extra cheddar cheese YUMMY!!!
Snack- Protein Delight Strawberry and white chocolate protein shake YUMMY!!!
Vitamins--1 to go today
Water--- not as good as usual...probably about 35 oz. I still have until I go to bed
Exercise-- I walked about a 1/4 mile...not good!
I promise to do better tomorrow. I won't let this get me down!
