I PUT THAT CALCIUM CITRATE POWDER IN MY HOOD MILK DRINK FOR THE 1st TIME TODAY & SURPRISINGLY, IT HAS A MILD FISHY TASTE. IT'S NOT BAD ... JUST KINDA FUNNY TASTING IN A MILK PRODUCT. I WOULDN'T WANT IT IN A CLEAR LIQUID, I DON'T THINK, BUT THAT'S JUST MY TASTE. I'M GOING TO FINISH THIS CAN & THEN LOOK FOR THE CHEWABLES. GOD BLESS YOU DAWN & NICK

Fishy taste huh? I guess I'll stick with the chewables, even though trying to remember them 4 times a day is a chore! Thanks for the info! I emailed you that article, hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did! Vi

I HAD NICK TRY IT & HE KINDA SCRUNCHED HIS FACE UP AS WELL ... HE DIDN'T TASTE THE "FISHY" TASTE, BUT IT WAS VERY, VERY CHALKY TO HIM. WE'RE GOING TO GET CHEWABLES. I GOT THE ARTICLE & WILL READ IT TONIGHT ... OOPS ... THIS MORNING. I DO THANK YOU, MS VI! GOD BLESS YOU DAWN & NICK

Lady D, I bought great tasting chewable calcim citrate from GNC. It is actually calcium 600 with both calcium citrate and calcium carbonate. My nutritionist said that they are good to do. If you can't find them there then go to www.luckyvitamins.com and type in chewable calcium citrate. They have alot of good ones and good prices as well. I'd rather chew than swallow that stuff. Best wishes, Lisa J

THANKS FOR THE INFO ... THE CALCIUM IS THE ONLY THING I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIND THAT I CAN GET DOWN. THERE IS A GNC JUST AROUND THE CORNER SO I'LL GET NICK TO TAKE ME TOMORROW AFTER WORK. I GOT SO FRUSTRATED THAT HE TOOK ALL MY BIG CALTRATE PILLS & CUT THEM IN HALF, BUT THEY ARE STILL REALLY BIG AS I HAVE AN EXTRA SMALL POUCH. YOUR INFO CAME JUST IN TIME!!!!!!!! THANKS, MS LISA! GOD BLESS YOU DAWN & NICK PS: LOVE SEEING YOUR PICTURE WHEN I READ YOUR POSTS!!!!!!

Bariatric Advantage has 3 calcium flavors, mint, cinnamin and chocolate. All of they are tolerable and the mint helps with your breath. Bariatricadvantage.com
