Good news/Bad news
Understood . I understand the napping part!!! Today has gone by so quickly. I have to pick up my daughter from the bus stop at 4 and I hope that she will play well with my son so that I can take a nap myself.
After reading your workout, you put me to shame!!! I am really happy to hear in about a week I will feel like exercising like a champ again. I have an elliptical machine in my basement that is calling my name. I haven't seen my surgeon yet to see if he will let me use it. We'll find out Friday !
BTW...I was geeked to hear that you could tolerate Qdoba! I love that place! My husband and kids ate their last week and I was drooling.
Thanks!
Kristine
Okay, I warned all of you that I am a RNY professional. Crackers, rice, potatoes and several other starchy things are on my Docs list as okay. When I had my first RNY I followed the diet and got to enjoy many things that I loved. I have since found that if you will stick to the lower carb choices you will lose much better. When people talked like that after my first RNY I just thought they were blowing smoke up my rear, come to find out they were right! What a bummer. Not that I am telling anyone not to eat this or that, alot of morbidly obese people are insulin resistant (myself included)so the carbs can be a killer.
Hugs,
Dawn
