Here is a thought what if we all post what we have found to be good during our full liquid stage maybe we can help each other out with some variety. Sugar free pudding - yummy Eddy's no sugar added fruit bars Blended chili with chese and sour cream Any soup blended The pudding is really good if your craving chocolate. Marcey

Excellent idea Marcy... too bad my doctor is VERY strict and I can't have any of the things you guys are eating...no red meat for a year...only fat free cheese, no pudding, no sour cream, no fruit bars, and soups HAVE to be home made with fat free milk and strained..no cans because they have lots of sodium and fat too... I do get frustrated but I'm going to follow his rules...and I can't have any of the cheese or meats (chicken or turkey) till the soft food stage.. So I made myself a spinach cream soup which is waiting for me tomorrow... I just got a little bit of onions, 1 garlic clove & "fried" them in pam..then added the raw spinach poured fat free milk, put in the blender & voila! done..! That's what I'll be doing with, brocolli, cauliflower, mushrooms, corn, asparagus, carrots etc...

WATCH OUT FOR THE CORN, MS **** IS VERY, VERY HARD TO DIGEST. DON'T YOUR REMEMBER IN YOUR OLD LIFE, WHEN YOU ATE CORN, IT COULD PASS THROUGH YOUR ENTIRE DIGESTIVE TRACK & BE EXPELLED IN IT'S WHOLE FORM? EVEN IF YOU BLEND IT, YOUR POUCH MAY REACT. GOD BLESS YOU DAWN & NICK

ok the funnest liquid I am drinking is light minute maid lemonade there is only 5 calories in a can. I love how they taste and they are so easy to travel with. I think it will be great when others are popping open those sodas that i will have something to pop open too. they come in a 2 liter and 12 pack just make sure you get the light. plus i can count it towards my water. I hope laura

Let's see...I have been on full liquids since Thurs. I have had a lot of soup blended (should be strained, but at least I am getting the protein when I blend it), mashed potatoes, cream of wheat made with milk and splenda (dr. approved), yogurt, pudding, protein shakes (when I can't make my own I use EAS Advan Edge shakes), low carb ice cream, and chocolate milk. I am so glad that you said that you have been eating blended chili!!! I have not tried it because I didn't know how that would go. Sounds REALLY good! I am originally from Ohio, and could live on Skyline or Gold Star chili if I were allowed. The meat in it is microscopic and it is not spicy with no beans. I may have to try it for lunch with some shredded cheese. I'm drooling just thinking of it ! HUGS! Kristine
