Hi C L! Congratulations on making it to the full liquids! How is it going so far? I have only been on them for 2 1/2 days now, and it seems like heaven compared to the clears! As for the soups....I'm sure that I will get a "boo" from some, but I have been blending my soups instead of straining them. I personally can't stand Campbell's soups from concentrate. I use the Chunky brand soups and I blend them REALLY well. They are the consistency of yogurt, or thinner, by the time I am done. You HAVE to make sure that you blend them until they are completely smooth. I can't stress that enough! My favorite so far has been the chicken and dumplings. It is so yummy! I would try to avoid the beefy ones for now. I have heard that any kind of beef sits really heavy in your new pouch. I am going to be trying the Chicken Enchillada one tonight. I'll let you know how that one goes. Good luck with anything! BTW...I have a HUGE stack of protein shake recipes that I think I got from the main message board, if you need any good recipes for those. I tried a Chocolate Covered Banana Protein Shake last night...YUMMY!!! HUGS! Kristine

While I am waiting for your response, here is the one I had last night... Chocolate Covered Banana Protein Shake 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Designer Whey Protein from GNC) 1/2 cup milk (whatever kind you use) splash of sugar free chocolate syrup 1/2 small banana 4 maraschino cherries 2 handfulls ice I add to the blender the bottom 5 ingredients first and blend really well, due to the fact that protein powder really tends to foam and make your shake too frothy if you add it too early. After all of the bottom ing. are blended well, add the scoop of protein powder. I use the "stir" button on my blender to kind of just mix it in. If for some reason you put the protein powder in first, don't fret....just put it in the fridge for a little while until the froth goes away. ENJOY!!! HUGS! Kristine

I do! You can always replace the chocolate protein powder, but here are a few with vanilla specifically... Berry Berry Smoothie 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1-2 scoops low carb ice cream (I use Breyers-it rocks!) 1 cup milk 1/4 cup frozen fruit medley Mix in blender till smooth Cherry Vanilla 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 4-5 maraschino cherries 2 scoops low carb ice cream 1 cup cherry sugar free kool-aid Mix in blender until smooth (I have not tried this one, but I think I would add some kind of milk to make it smooth...usually 1 cup) Cherry Vanilla Coke Float 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 2 scoops low carb ice cream 1 cup diet coke 4-5 cherries Mix in blender until smooth Apple Pie Frosty 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced (or 1/2 c. no sugar added applesauce) 2 packets splenda 1/2 t. cinnamon 1/4 t. nutmeg 3/4 c. water or milk 8-10 ice cubes Blend thoroughly Egg Nog 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 t. rum extract 1/2 t. all spice 4-6 large ice cubes Pul all ing. into blender and mix to desired consistency Elvis is in my kitchen right now making a PB&J Milkshake 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 T. vanilla sf instant pudding 8 oz. cold water 1 T. berry, raspberry or peach (or other) sf syrup 3-5 ice cube 1 T. crunchy peanut butter Combine the protein powder, pudding, and syrup into blender. Blend for 30 secs. Add 3-5 ice cubes, blend until slivers, add crunchy peanut butter. Blend for a few seconds. Pour into a 16 oz. glass. ENJOY!!! I have a lot more...Try these out and see what you think... HUGS! Kristine
