How are the Flintstone's working for you? At least they don't taste too bad . I tire easily too. I have been trying to wallk, but this weather is not helping! I don't really mind it too much, but my 3 year old son isn't too crazy about walking with Mommy in 40 degree weather. Maybe I will try when Daddy gets home, but by that time it's getting dark. I can't win ! I have not tried the b-12, but it seems like EVERYONE takes it. Is it helping you? Keep me updated!

THE FLINTSTONES SEEM TO BE WORKING OK ... I TAKE ONE IN THE MORNING & ONE AT NIGHT.
I'M NOT GETTING MY EXERCISE IN EITHER ... OTHER THAN NORMAL AROUND THE HOUSE, SHOPPING & ERRAND WALKING. MY JOINTS LET ME KNOW IMMEDIATELY TO FIND ANOTHER EXERCISE SO I'M GOING TO TRY OUR RECLINE BIKE; NICK'S GOING TO DIG IT OUT OF THE GARAGE FOR ME TONIGHT ... LOT OF GOOD IT'S BEEN DOING US AS A STORAGE RACK!
AS FOR THE B-12 ... IT IS FOR HEALTHY CELL BUILDING WHICH IS GOOD AFTER SURGERY, NERVE CONDUCTION & ENERGY. I TAKE 2,000mcg SUBLINGUAL (MELTS UNDER THE TONGUE - BETTER ABSORBTION - LIQUID IS GOOD AS WELL ... JUST TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM THE ONES YOU SWALLOW AS THE ABSORBTION IS NOT AS GOOD) & NICK TAKES 2,500mcg A DAY. THE GREAT THING ABOUT B-12 IS THAT YOU CANNOT OVERDOSE ON IT. IF YOU TAKE TOO MUCH, YOU WILL JUST EXPELL IT THROUGH YOUR URINE.
DON'T REMEMBER IF IT IS ON THIS BOARD, BUT 2 GIRLS HAVE HAD TO GET B-12 SHOTS TO TRY TO "BOOST" THEIR ENERGY BECAUSE THEY ARE SO TIRED.
BUT REMEMBER ... YOU JUST WENT THROUGH MAJOR, MAJOR SURGERY & YOU'RE DEALING WITH A ACTIVE 3 Y/O - YOU'D BE TIRED ANYWAY! CALL YOUR DR ... OR, ASK HIM AT YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT IF YOU CAN TRY THE B-12. IT SURE HAS HELPED ME. IT TOOK ABOUT 2 WEEKS BEFORE I NOTICED A DIFFERENCE SO, DON'T GET DISCOURAGED IF IT TAKES A LITTLE TIME - YOUR BODY WILL BE USING IT UP QUICKLY UNTIL YOU GET ENOUGH BUILT UP IN YOUR SYSTEM. I STARTED IT 2 MONTHS BEFORE MY SURGERY & HAD SUCH AN AMAZING CHANGE THAT I AM FAITHFUL IN TAKING THEM!
