I'm going down!!!!!!!

Well my fellow Octoberans.........I went to my primary care doctor yesterday and weighed. You know I was scared crapless because I was doubting myself (having flashbacks ). But anywho...........my surgery was 10/24 and I'm down 28lbs . The nurse started screaming! She was more excited than I was ! I just had to share this. It feels so good ! If you've weighed lately, let us know your success so we can celebrate. It's important for us to celebrate every step we make so we can stay focused and get rid of this evil weight that has kept us down for too long ! Ok I'm off my soapbox! Have a great day!

YOU GO GIRL!!!! That's an incredible amount to lose in that time!! I see my doc today for my 2 week post op visit. We'll see how his scale is compared to mine. According to mine, I'm down about 18 lbs. I know how you feel about the scale, I have the same fears. I keep thinking I will get on it and not lose like I've been doing for the past few years!! Hard to get past that scale trauma of the past, but we're getting there!! HUGS, Vi
