Today I was on the run so here goes,
B: Water- 16.9 Oz
L: Water- 16.9 Oz
D: 2 oz Tuna, 2 tsp mashed potatoes, & 2 tsp english peas
S: Water- 8 oz
Exercise: walking in town while on the run
Vitamins: Yes
Water:41 Oz
I'm finding it hard to get in protein, does anyone know of any kind of protein that might be good, the shakes (GNC and Atkins) are nasty along with the Instone pudding and Isopure, any other suggestions??

I ordered this because 2 tablespoons gives me 15 grams of protein, but I only use it if I'm desperate because it's thick and quite GAGALICIOUS -- that's my new word for GROSS!

Avoiding the nauseating protein drinks, my best sources of protein have been:
3 oz tuna (25 grams)
4 oz cottage cheese (12 grams)
