Anyone ever feel like this....
I was 2 weeks out yesterday and I started eating chicken Thursday with NO problems, I tried fish Saturday and got nausous. Since I'm never hungry, I am absolutely sick of eating foods of any kind. I know I need to for the protein and I am, it's just when I think of food I'm like, bluhhhhhh

YES!!! I have NO desire to eat, it's awful! All I want to do is drink water lately, I cant get enough, but when it comes to eating, I could really care less!!! I wish I'd been like this before surgery, I may not have gained the weight I did! Oh well, I'm sure this is normal, hopefully it'll pass...

Yep, I felt exactly the same way. It was 3 weeks until I stopped being nauseated at the smell of food. I still don't want to eat, and my surgeon says it may be up to 8 weeks before "real" food goes down easily. Just remember to keep drinking your liquid protein shakes, no matter what. I am basically still on puree consistency food, yogurt, blended soups, etc. Sometimes I have actual pain when eating more solid-like substances, and sometimes I just feel deathly nauseated. I have been reassurred that this too will pass. I am NOT hungry. Yipeeee.......
