Question About Pured Food?????
Hello Everyone....
I am doing GREAT!!! I walk everywhere. I have been out of the house several times. No need for pain killers. My muscles are still sore and my body lets me know when I have done too much!!! Which I do. I have a very bad habit of OVER DOING IT because I feel O.K.!!! The thing is though, I feel better walking and getting out. Then I come home and pass out for about 4 hours...lol.
But anyway, my 7th day is almost here and I can have pured food. So what food can I have. I have nothing in my papers that say what I can eat pured. Any Suggestions?????
Thanks Everyone!!!!!!!!!!
Erin
Hi Erin, Glad to hear you are doing so great, you go girl!! Here's a link to my surgeon's web site (and I copied the info for you too), it's got some good information about pureed foods (and a bunch of other great topics). My surgeon makes us wait two weeks I can't wait for Thursday!!! Enjoy your purees!
