Hi Everyone, One of my favorite desserts is Creme Brulee, however talk about fattening! This is a biggie. But, following is a variation which is made from Splenda and Sugar Twin that I'm sure will please the egg custard lovers. It is also packed with protein and is "Pouch Friendly" ....for me at least. Hope it is for you as well. Microwaved Creme Brulee 1/2 cup 2% Milk 2 eggs 1 tbsp Splenda 1 tbsp vanilla Mix together and pour into 4 - 1/4 cup custard cups. Dust with Sugar Twin's Brown Sugar. Microwave for 4 minutes at 50% power. I like mine chilled, but warm is special too. You might want to also try making it with double milk. More protein that way, but I haven't tested it to see if it works or not. Take care, Diana 331/306.1/anything less

Hi Rebecca, I was confused by this at first as well. Double milk is when you add skim milk powder to milk. Some doctors and dietician suggest using it as a way of getting in more protein. I've never actually tried it as I hate milk to begin with. I guess maybe I should though, seeing as I have it in the cupboard.
