Hi everyone, I had my surgery on Thursday at 7:30 am and came home today at 11:00am. Some aches and pains, but nothing that a little painkiller won't help. I have to say the worst part of the whole thing was that I was not able to sleep well in the hospital beds. Lots of noises, lights and people drawing blood at 3:00am!!! But now I'm home in my nice, comfy bed and ready to get on with my life! Best Wished to everyone, Roberta

Roberta, Welcome Home! Isn't being in your own bed one of the best feelings in the world! Especially when there isn't anyone around wanting to poke your body with needles and thermometers and the like. Congratulations on a successful surgery, and all the best for a speedy recovery. Take care, Diana 331/306.1/anything less

Welcome home. You recovered quick which was good. I spent 5 nights in the hospital and I still have severe back pain from the bed. Let us know how you are progressing. Best wishes for a speedy recovery. Lisa J

Welcome home! I'm glad things are going well. Believe or not, I actually slept better in the hospital than I do now because my evil antibiotic interacts with my sleeping pill so I haven't been able to take it in 9 days. Which is why I'm posting at 1 am. But there's nothing like your own bed. It's so nice to come home to. Take care! Sheryl
