Well I love reading all the wonderful post and answers you guys send out. So today I decided to post my on "here I go" note. I am having my surgery on Wed. the 26th. I can't believe in 5 days I will be in surgery. this weekend is going to be a whirlwind with my parent coming into town to care for my little ones and since we live a few hours from the hospital I am leaving Tues. early to have a full day of pre-op appointments before my surgery Wed. I am to be admitted at 5:30AM!!!! Please say an extra prayer for me. I have a small case of the gitters but the excitment is starting to over take that. I honestly can't see past the surgery itself. I am not even letting myself get excited about the weightloss until it starts to happen. I hope that makes sence because it really doesn't to me. Well thanks for letting me ramble and I will be back on when i am a LOSER!!!! Jennifer

Enzo, we share the same surgery date! I cannot wait to meet Dr. Krietz and Dr. Shimmer in the surgery room. I never thought I'd be this excited about surgery. My husband laughs at me! Will be thinking about you as I wait in the waiting room as my surgery isn't until 10 a.m. Our new birthday seems to be a popular one. Peggy B.

Hey Enzo & Peggy, we're triplets! i'm the 25th as well, first surgery of the day for my surgeon. i'm soooooooooooo excited to be having this surgery. i'm far more afraid of what life would be like without it, than any of the consequences of surgery. i'll keep my fingers crossed for all of us on the 25th! jan

I keep waiting for someone to pinch me and tell me that this is all just a figment of my imagination. I will know it's real when I wake up in my room on Tuesday and see the actual surgery stitches. Then and only then will I believe that I have been given the unique key to the losing side of life. Congratulations on joining us on this journey! Peggy B.

Thanks for your prayers. I see you will be the day before. Know that I just said a prayer for you and your surgery. Let me and everyone else know how you are doing when we both become losers. Jennifer

You all are going to do great! Surgery will be here and over with in an instant, then the losing begins! Remember it's normal if it's hard at first, but it gets easier and easier and it's going to be well worth it! Good luck to both of you!!! Rebecca

You will be in my prayers on October 26th. Just concentrate on the excitement of the new you that will emerge over the next few months. Just close your eyes and imagine the new, healthier you that will be standing in front of the mirror soon! ((((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))) Peggy B.
